With two sturdy supports featuring screw-in metal feet and a technopolymer base, the RCH-6 ramp can support medium-heavy loads up to 600 kg. These supports are installed at the centre of the ramp on a level with the hinge, while the special lever mechanism ensures that they are perpendicular to the ground when the ramp is open. They can also be adjusted in height to suit every requirement. Formed by two semi-ramps in welded aluminium joined together along their entire width by a sturdy hinge, the RCH-6 ramp is available in 2 width versions, 800 mm or 1000 mm, and 4 lengths: 2000 mm, 2250 mm, 2500 mm, 3000 mm.

The special \u201cchequered\u201d surface finish reduces the risk of slipping even in wet or dirty conditions, thereby allowing for use in complete safety. Besides ensuring increased stability, the side edges of the ramp enable loading and unloading operations to proceed in an absolutely trouble-free way. In addition, the side hook keeps the ramp securely closed when the van is on the move, virtually eliminating all noise and vibrations in the loading area.

Our products are designed to deliver maximum results with minimum effort. This is why each model is fitted with compact gas struts that make even the largest ramps easy to lift. The handles, 2 on each side, provide a firm grip at all times. We ensure the highest safety standards of each product by conducting stringent tests and inspections. In this specific case, the ramp is tested to a limit load of 1500 kg.

This product is also covered by a 2-year warranty, effective from the date of purchase. We take care to ensure quick and easy installation. For this reason the package you receive includes all the screws and fasteners required for assembly and a handy guide. Following the instructions, you will be able to rapidly install your ramp by drilling 8 holes in your van and screwing the base into place with the screws provided. The swivel base and quick coupling are available as optional extras for this series also.
