REX
The aluminium ramps in the REX range are made from extruded aluminium profiles welded together to form a sturdy and reliable structure with a load capacity ranging from 400 to 1,000 kg. The ramp is able to support a 1,000 kg load thanks to these extremely sturdy extruded profiles and two robust supports featuring screw-on metal feet with a technopolymer base, positioned at the centre of the ramp and on a level with the hinge. The special lever mechanism ensures that the supports are perpendicular to the ground when the ramp is open.
They can also be adjusted in height to suit every requirement. The materials and components used for the REX range are sourced from the best Italian suppliers, thereby ensuring a highly reliable end product. We also provide a 2-year warranty running from the date of purchase.

EXCELLENT GRIP
The special shape of the die used ensures that the ramp surface provides for excellent grip on any type of material and in any situation, even in wet or dirty conditions.
QUALITY ASSURED
The extruded aluminium profile used is the result of in-depth engineering studies, verified by E-FEM calculations. This material reduces to a minimum the number of components that need to be assembled and welded, thereby increasing the strength of the finished product. To ensure the desired results, one of the strongest aluminium alloys available on the market was selected during the design phase, one that, due to its extreme rigidity, is also used in the aeronautical engineering industry.
TESTS AND INSPECTIONS
The tests that our loading ramps undergo during the preliminary trials are extremely stringent: this ramp, like every loading ramp we manufacture, is tested empirically to 2.5 times the rated load capacity
EASY OPENING AND CLOSING
The ramp is very easy to open and close thanks to gas struts, which ensure that only a small portion of the ramp’s actual weight is transferred to the operator.
SWIVEL BASE
The swivel base and quick coupling are available as optional extras for this series. The swivel base is a fixed base that allows the ramp to be turned towards both the interior and exterior of the van, leaving the loading area free when the ramp is not needed.

This folding ramp comes in 4 lengths: 2000 mm, 2250 mm, 2500 mm, 3000 mm. It serves as a reliable elevator for trucks and goods and is also ideal for transporting motorcycles.
1000 kg
REX-10 series ramps feature up to 1000 kg load capacity. Sizes available: widths 800 mm, 1000 mm and 1200 mm, lengths: 2000 mm, 2250 mm, 2500 mm, 3000 mm.
