Quick-coupling
The quick-coupling mechanism is a very useful accessory when you need to remove the ramp from your vehicle fairly often. Thanks to this system, you can do this in a few seconds by screwing in simple fasteners which are then locked in place by adjustable handles. The two small L-shaped plates that remain on the van will not interfere with your daily work in any way. If you purchase two or more units, you can use the same ramp on two or more vans (of compatible size) by simply installing the mechanisms on the relevant vehicles once only.
Swivel base
The swivel base is an optional extra designed to make it easier to load goods that do not require the use of a ramp. Thanks to this system, the ramp can be opened like a door, either towards the inside or the outside of the van, leaving the loading area free. The swivel ring is made of nickel-chromium alloy steel to ensure maximum safety during rotation. In addition, two radial ball bearings are installed inside to facilitate movement. The spring-loaded locking system allows the ramp to be locked in place once closed and ensures maximum safety during transport.
Second swivel base lock
This optional component locks the ramp when open towards the van interior. As with all our ramps and accessories, you can install this system yourself.
Safety belts
Make sure you attach the ramp to the van when in transit using the two special safety belts provided. If the ramp you have ordered is used on two vans, you can purchase the belts separately.
