RPN
The new version of the RPN ramp with a perforated sheet metal surface was developed to provide a practical, durable solution with a distinctive design. The specific perforations in the loading surface allow water, mud, and debris to drain away efficiently, ensuring effective grip and safe contact with rubber wheels, trolleys, and work equipment. Composed of two welded aluminum semi-ramps joined by a heavy-duty full-width hinge, the RPN ramp combines the lightweight nature of aluminum with a technical and modern aesthetic, perfectly suited for integration with commercial vehicle fittings. On 600 kg models, two robust supports with screw-adjustable metal feet and a technopolymer base—positioned at the center and equipped with a height-adjustable balancing mechanism—ensure maximum stability on any terrain.

DRAINAGE SURFACE AND CONTINUOUS GRIP
The perforated sheet metal processing provides consistent traction and drastically reduces the risk of slipping. The perforations quickly drain rain, dirt, and small debris, while the matte black color reduces light reflections and gives the vehicle a professional and distinctive look.
EASILY LIFTABLE
Designed to achieve maximum results with minimal effort, the RPN ramp is equipped with compact gas struts that balance the weight, making opening and closing operations smooth and effortless. The 2 handles on each side provide a firm and secure grip during all phases of use.
QUICK AND EASY INSTALLATION
Installation in the loading area of the commercial vehicle is quick and simple. The package includes all necessary hardware and a practical guide: simply drill 8 holes inside the van to securely fasten the base with the provided screws.
PIVOTING BASE PLATE
Upon request, the optional pivoting base plate with quick release is available. This system allows the ramp to rotate both inside and outside the van, leaving the loading area completely clear when the ramp is not needed.
TESTING AND CERTIFICATION
Tested according to the industry’s most stringent regulations, the RPN ramp is verified with a maximum test load of up to 1500 kg. Material quality and design precision are backed by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

The RPN-3 version is designed for loading medium-light equipment and trolleys up to 300 kg. Available in widths of 800 mm or 1000 mm and lengths of 2000 mm, 2250 mm, 2500 mm, and 3000 mm.
600 kg
The RPN-6 version supports medium-heavy loads up to 600 kg thanks to the integrated adjustable central supports.Available in widths of 800 mm or 1000 mm and lengths of 2000 mm, 2250 mm, 2500 mm, and 3000 mm.
