DESCRIPTION
The RPN-3 ramp is designed to support medium-light loads of up to 300 kg. Composed of two welded aluminum semi-ramps connected by a heavy-duty full-width hinge, it adapts to every van model on the market. It is available in 2 widths,800 mm or 1000 mm, and 4 lengths: 2000 mm, 2250 mm, 2500 mm, 3000 mm. Furthermore, the RPN-3 series is made entirely of aluminum to ensure overall lightness and facilitate handling. It stands out for its excellent grip and easier cleaning, achieved thanks to the special perforated sheet metal surface, whose perforations allow water, mud, and work debris to drain away efficiently. The matte black RAL 9005 finish gives it a technical and modern look, while reducing light reflections during outdoor use. Safety during loading and unloading operations is enhanced by 5 cm high side edges; at the same time, the side hook ensures secure closure of the ramp while the vehicle is in motion, significantly reducing vibrations and noise in the cargo area. A pair of safety belts is provided as standard to anchor the ramp to the van during travel, ensuring that in the event of an accident it will not cause damage to people or items inside the vehicle. Thanks to the compact gas struts installed on every model, minimal effort is required from the operator, allowing easy opening and closing of the ramp with the help of 4 practical handles made of a special glass-fiber reinforced technopolymer. The production of the RPN range begins with a strict selection of raw materials, ensuring a highly reliable product. This range is also backed by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Ramp safety is also guaranteed by testing: it is verified with a maximum test load of 1500 kg, complying with the most stringent regulations in the field. To meet the needs of every customer, the entire range is designed to offer quick and simple installation. The package includes all necessary hardware and a practical guide. In a short time, you can install your ramp by drilling 8 holes inside the van and securing the base with the provided screws. For this series, the optional pivoting base plate and quick release are available. By choosing the optional pivoting base plate and quick release, the ramp can rotate both inside and outside the van, leaving the loading area free when the ramp is not needed.
