The RCH-3 ramp is designed to support medium-light loads up to 300 kg. Formed by two semi-ramps in welded aluminium joined together along their entire width by a sturdy hinge, this version adapts to every van model on the market. It comes in 2 width sizes, 800mm or 1000mm and 4 lengths: 2000 mm, 2250 mm, 2500 mm, 3000 mm. In addition, RCH-3 series ramps are made entirely of aluminium to reduce their overall weight and make them easier to handle. Thanks to their “chequered” surface and “embossed” finish they also provide an excellent grip, even in wet or dirty conditions. The level of safety during loading and unloading operations is enhanced by the presence of 5 cm high side edges, while the side hook enables the ramp to be effectively closed when the vehicle is on the move.

A pair of safety belts are provided as standard equipment so the ramp can be secured to the van when in transit, thereby preventing it from causing damage to people or property inside the vehicle if an accident occurs. The gas-assisted struts installed on each model minimize the weight exerted on the operator and allow the ramp to be easily opened and closed. This also thanks to the four practical handles made of a special glass-fibre reinforced technopolymer.

Production of the RCH range begins with stringent selection of raw materials, focused on ensuring a highly reliable product. This range is covered by a 2-year warranty running from the date of purchase. Safety is also guaranteed by the tests conducted, during which the ramp is tested empirically to 2.5 times the rated load capacity, in accordance with the most stringent standards. To cater to the needs of every customer, the entire range has been designed for very simple and rapid installation You will find all the screws and fasteners you need for assembly in the package, along with a handy guide. Following the instructions, you will be able to rapidly install your ramp by drilling 8 holes in your van and screwing the base into place with the screws provided.

The swivel base and quick coupling are available as optional extras for this series. By installing the optional extras, i.e. the swivel base and quick coupling, you can turn the ramp towards both the interior and exterior of the van, leaving the loading area free when the ramp is not needed.
