With two sturdy supports featuring screw-in metal feet and a technopolymer base, the RCH ramp can support medium-heavy loads up to 600 kg. The supports are installed at the centre of the ramp on a level with the hinge, while the special lever mechanism ensures that they are perpendicular to the ground when the ramp is open. They can also be adjusted in height to suit every requirement. This aluminium ramp model for commercial vehicles is formed by two welded aluminium semi-ramps, joined together along their entire width by a sturdy hinge. Being made of aluminium ensures that the product is extremely lightweight while the special “chequered” surface finish reduces the risk of slipping even in wet or dirty conditions, thereby allowing for use in complete safety.

Side edges
Besides ensuring increased stability, the side edges of the ramp allow loading and unloading operations to proceed in an absolutely trouble-free way. In addition, the side hook keeps the ramp securely closed when the van is on the move, virtually eliminating all noise and vibrations in the loading area.

QUICK AND SIMPLE INSTALLATION
Ramp RCH for commercial vehicles is very quick and simple to install. You will find all the screws and fasteners you need for assembly in the package, along with a handy guide. Following the instructions, you will be able to rapidly install your ramp by drilling 8 holes in your van and screwing the base into place with the screws provided.
SWIVEL BASE
The swivel base and quick coupling are available as optional extras for this series. The swivel base is a fixed base that allows the ramp to be turned towards both the interior and exterior of the van, leaving the loading area free when the ramp is not needed.
TESTS AND INSPECTIONS
The product is tested in accordance with the most stringent standards. For example, this ramp is tested by applying a maximum load of 1500 kg. Backed by the intrinsic quality of the materials used and design, the company offers a 2-year warranty running from the date of purchase.
