RME aluminium mesh-surface ramps feature 300 kg maximum load capacity and are designed to meet the needs of people with limited mobility. One of the ideal systems for loading motorcycles, scooters and wheelchairs onto another vehicle, the load capacity of this ramp can be increased up to 400 kg without using support legs. As a result, the ramp facilitates the job even for workers who handle goods on a daily basis. Thanks to its aluminium mesh surface, this ramp also enables the tyres of wheelchairs and scooters to maintain a perfect grip, thereby reducing the risk of slipping. The particular material employed also makes the ramp extremely lightweight and easy to handle.
300-kg ramps
Available in the 800 mm width size and 4 different lengths: 2000 mm, 2250 mm, 2500 mm, 3000 mm. The 650 mm width can also be supplied on request.
400-KG RAMP
Available in the 1000 mm width size and 4 different lengths: 2000 mm, 2250 mm, 2500 mm, 3000 mm.
600-KG RAMP
Available in the 1000 mm width size and 2 different lengths: 2500 mm and 3000 mm with optional swivel function.
SIDE EDGES
Measuring 5 centimetres in height, the side edges enhance safety when getting on and off the ramp, allowing you to do so with with ease and confidence even when carrying bulky loads. A pair of safety belts and the side locking hook securely fasten the ramp to the van, thereby limiting noise and vibrations and ensuring trouble-free mobility.
INCREASED STABILITY AND INDEPENDENCE
The full-width hinge increases the stability of the ramp as it is opened and closed while the gas struts, which are installed on every ramp model, enable anyone to open and close the ramp on their own, also thanks to the four technopolymer handles that provide a secure grip.
SAFE PRODUCT
Use of modern machinery in production ensures that all sharp or jagged edges are removed from every component, thereby preventing injuries during even frequent use of the ramp.
TESTS AND INSPECTIONS
This ramp has been empirically tested to 2.5 times its rated load capacity. These tests enable us to provide a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
EASE OF INSTALLATION
Installation on the vehicle has been simplified to the maximum extent and allows for easy, do-it-yourself assembly. The process is quick, very simple and takes about an hour. Everything needed for assembly is included in the package. All you need to do is drill eight holes in the van and screw in the base using the fasteners provided.
SWIVEL BASE
The swivel base and quick coupling are available as optional extras for this series. The swivel base is a fixed base that allows the ramp to be turned towards both the interior and exterior of the van, leaving the loading area free when the ramp is not needed.

With 300 kg maximum load capacity and an expanded aluminium mesh surface, these ramps minimize the risk of slipping and ensure excellent grip for the tyred wheels of wheelchairs or scooters.
400 kg
Simple to install and formed by two welded aluminium semi-ramps joined together along their entire width by a sturdy hinge, the RME-4 ramp is available in the 1000 mm width size and 4 different lengths: 2000 mm, 2250 mm, 2500 mm, 3000 mm.
600 kg
The RME-6 ramp features 600 kg maximum load capacity and an expanded aluminium mesh surface for optimum grip. Available in the 1000 mm width size and 2 different lengths: 2500 mm e 3000 mm with optional swivel function.
