The RPN-6 ramp is capable of supporting medium-heavy loads up to 600 kg. This remarkable load capacity is achieved thanks to the installation of two robust supports with screw-in metal feet and a technopolymer base, positioned at the center of the ramp near the hinge. The special rocker mechanism ensures that when the ramp is opened, the supports position themselves perpendicular to the ground, adapting to any operational need thanks to height adjustment. Composed of two welded aluminum ramp sections joined by a heavy-duty hinge spanning the full width of the ramp, it adapts to any van model on the market. It is available in 2 width options (800 mm or 1000 mm) and 4 length options (2000 mm, 2250 mm, 2500 mm, 3000 mm). The RPN-6 series is made entirely of aluminum to keep the overall weight low and facilitate handling. It stands out for its excellent grip and easy cleaning achieved through the special punched sheet metal surface,whose perforations promote continuous drainage of water, mud, and work debris. The Matte Black RAL 9005 finish gives it a technical and modern look while reducing light reflections during outdoor use. Safety during loading and unloading is enhanced by 5 cm high side borders; at the same time, the side latch allows effective locking of the ramp while the vehicle is in motion, virtually eliminating vibrations and noise in the cargo area. A pair of safety straps is provided as standard to anchor the ramp to the van while traveling, ensuring that in the event of an accident it does not cause damage to people or property inside the vehicle. Thanks to the gas springs installed on every model, the physical effort required from the operator is minimal, allowing easy opening and closing of the ramp, supported by 4 practical handles made of a special glass-fiber reinforced technopolymer.
